Jennifer, I’m sorry you had a bad experience with Lakota. It is normal to have a little redness and burning when you apply the roll ons. To relieve, wrap an ice pack in a towel to avoid condensation and apply it to the affected area. Please email info@lakotaherbs.com so that we may get more information from you.
